🏛️ MARYLAND 400 SYMPOSIUM & UNIT TRIBUTE

A full-day symposium honoring the Maryland 400, the soldiers who held the line at the Battle of Brooklyn in 1776. Held at the Maryland Veterans Museum in Newburg, speakers include historians from the Maryland State Archives, the US Army Center of Military History, and the Journal of the American Revolution. Catered lunch included, plus a social hour and book signings. This is a genuinely remarkable event happening right here in Charles County. Free to attend.

But save it either way, this series is one of the best free things Charles County does all summer.
